The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options - from fruits to pastries, and even local dishes. The view from the balcony was stunning, as we could see the surrounding mountains and the city. the hotel had an impressive indoor hot spring pool which was so relaxing and helped us destress after a long week.
There were several negative aspects that impacted our stay. the room was quite small and cramped, which made it uncomfortable to move around.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and selection, with many delicious options to choose from. Guests also enjoyed the beautiful views from the balconies while dining in the restaurant at 9h30. the rooms were modern, clean-cut with phenomenal views of surroundings. the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive and took care of guests' needs without hesitation. Amenities were satisfying.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and my room was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I was impressed with the hot spring pool in the room, which was very relaxing and gave my skin a smooth texture. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The hot springs in the room were definitely a highlight, and the breakfast spread had a plentiful variety of food options to choose from. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding city, and the views from the balcony were stunning.
The elevators were always frustratingly slow and there was always a large crowd of people waiting to use them. the room decor lacked charm and felt uninviting.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff here was outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room was modern and clean, with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the fact that they are pet-friendly. We will definitely be back!
